What is Black Hoof Mushroom Extract?

Black hoof mushroom extract, or "horseshoe mushrooms" as they are referred to by Thai villagers, are dried, brown, woody mushrooms that typically thrive in montane scrubs or dried mixed deciduous forests. Phellinus mushrooms (Phellinus linteus) They are typically found on trees and can be found in Thailand's northeast. On Kratin Phiman (Acacia tomentosa Willd.), they are most prevalent. trees, which is how the name meshima mushroom extract came to be.

In the National List of Thai Herbal Medicine B.E. 2553, the sanghuang mushroom extract was listed. This suggests that Black Hoof mushroom may support endurance and be effective as a supplement for exercise.
