Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae is the rhizome extract of Atractylodes macrocephala, a plant belonging to the genus Atractylodes of the Asteraceae family. The main components are volatile components, lactones, glycosides, polysaccharides and amino acids. It has the effects of invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi, drying dampness and diuresis, antiperspirant, and anti-fetus.
